Has held Senior positions of responsibility in various organisations like Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, The Times of India Group and others.
Last assignment was Vice-President (Training & Research) in The Times of India Group.
Within The Times Group, launched the Times School of Marketing in Mumbai and was given the additional responsibility of being Dean (Student Affairs) Times School of Journalism.
Retired in October 2009 from The Times of India Group.
Is now the Principal Advisor of Don Bosco Centre for Learning. Been responsible for launching Don Bosco Institute of Management & Research. Is also an Advisor to St. Johns Institute of Management & Research, Palghar.
Key Resource person for Seminars in India as well as International Seminars and Workshops in the areas of Vision, Mission, Values, Education and Communication. These Seminars have been held in various places in India and abroad like Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, Seoul, Sri Lanka, Johor (Malaysia) and Papua New Guinea.
Director on the Board of Xavier Institute of Management & Research, Advisor to Xavier Institute of Communication, Member of Academic Council of Somaiya Institute of Management & SIES College of Management Studies, member of Higher Education Forum (online group).
